For opening cmd with right click you just have to hold shift key and press the right button of your mouse, you will see a option of opening the cmd prompt as shown in the pic above.

The great thing is that if you open the cmd on desktop by this process, the location that we get in cmd will be Desktop not the user. See the picture below.

Also you can open cmd  with right click on any folder you want
